Treatment packages (products) purchased through MedFind Global are covered by the following guarantee and refund conditions:

Package Contents: The scope of each treatment package (consultation, surgery, hotel, transfer, etc.) is clearly stated on the product detail page.
Pricing: Package prices are stated on the product page and include all applicable taxes.
Cancellation and Refund: Cancellations made at least 7 days before treatment start receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before are subject to a partial refund after deducting organization costs.
Post-treatment: In case of post-treatment complications, our partner hospitals and doctors provide necessary follow-up care free of charge.
Right of withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw within 14 days before the service begins.
