Guarantee, Cancellation & Refund Policy

MedFind Global (Simge Ticaret Ve Anonim Limited Şirketi)

This policy describes the framework that applies once payment is taken or a booking is confirmed. Many on-site forms only collect a quote / availability request and do not create a charge by themselves.

1. Separation of service layers

  • Clinical services: delivered by the hospital/clinic/physician
  • MedFind Global coordination: information, request handling, appointments, travel/stay organisation
  • Hotel, transfer, tickets, extras: subject to each provider’s own rules
  • Wellness / HK Performans: HK is the provider; MedFind Global is the intermediary. No outcome guarantee

2. Quotes and pricing

Published amounts are starting prices unless stated in writing; final amounts depend on dates, scope, currency, availability and any required assessment.

3. Prepayment, no-show, services already started

  • If a prepayment is taken, refund/offset terms are stated on the quote or booking form
  • No-show follows provider rules; organisation costs may be deducted
  • Once clinical or wellness services have started, refunds follow the provider’s policy and applicable law

4. Withdrawal / cancellation

Send cancellation requests before the service starts to info@medfindglobal.com. Statutory consumer rights remain reserved.

5. “Guarantee” wording

MedFind Global does not guarantee medical outcomes, weight loss or treatment success. Any clinical guarantees belong to the partner facility’s own documents.
